Leah Kollross

Leah Kollross is the founder of Roll With Paid, a payroll and HR service provider for the cannabis and hospitality industries. She started it after running headfirst into the problem herself: compliance-heavy, high-turnover, tip-and-shift-driven businesses are exactly the ones traditional payroll providers avoid. She knows that firsthand as the founder of 23rd State, the Minnesota-based, woman-founded hemp-derived THC brand. There she has taken products from first formulation through manufacturing, distribution, and retail shelves, and has become a visible advocate on federal hemp policy.
