Mike Lomuto serves as Board Chairman of the Minority Cannabis Business Association (MCBA), where his work sits at the intersection of policy, entrepreneurship, and industry development. He leads initiatives designed to strengthen minority-owned cannabis businesses while advancing practical, equitable policy at the municipal, state, and federal levels. Through this work, Mike brings together entrepreneurs, operators, regulators, policymakers, and industry leaders to identify challenges, share lessons across markets, and develop solutions that support both business sustainability and equitable industry growth. His work includes leading collaborative efforts such as MCBA’s Business of Cannabis Tour and Equity Policy Braintrust. Mike also serves on the Board of the Cannabis Chamber of Commerce as VP of Education & Government Relations, co-founded the Alliance of Cannabis Trade Associations, and is a Regulations & Policy Track Co-Chair for the National Cannabis Research Conference. He was recognized as the Indigenous Cannabis Industry Association’s 2023 Advocate of the Year and is Co-Founder of the coaching and consulting firm Dao Mastery. Raised in San Francisco, Mike is proud of his Thai and Italian heritage.
